- Download the latest version from (www.tcoffee.org).
- Follow the instructions, as provided in the Technical Manual.
- Make sure that each required package is properly installed
- Make sure all the packages are available on your path.
- check that T-Coffee has access to all the MSA packages: Type
t_coffee.
