Installing R-Coffee Locally

Installing R-Coffee will require the same packages as M-Coffee plus a few extra ones, depending on which flavors you may want to use:

1. RNAplfold (compulsary). Get it from the Vienna library at: www.tbi.univie.ac.at/~ivo/RNA/
2. Probcons4RNA. Get it from probcons.stanford.edu
3. Consan (not compulsary and a bit complex to install)consan
